Return & Exchange

At TedLook, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes an item may not be exactly what you expected. You may request an exchange or a refund for eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
  • Time Frame: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition – unused, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or packing slip available when you contact us.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked as final sale (including discounted or clearance items) cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Swimwear: Swimwear is non-returnable unless it is defective, damaged, or sent in error.

    • Note: For any defective or incorrect swimwear, please email a clear photo of the issue when you submit your return request. This helps us approve and process your return or exchange more quickly.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at service@TedLook.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Tell us which item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

  2. Approval: We will review your request and email you a return authorization along with instructions on where to send your item.

  3. Pack Your Item: Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include the original packing list (or invoice) with the product ID clearly marked.

  4. Ship It Back: Ship the package back to us using a traceable shipping method.

  5. Send Tracking Info: Email us the tracking number once your package is on the way.

Return Shipping and Costs

We offer free returns/exchanges if there are any defects associated with the merchandise that are a result of OUR fault! If a problem is present, please inform us within 30 days.

In the following cases, you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item:

  • If you ordered a wrong product or an incorrect size, you need to pay for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) if you want a replacement. If you choose refund, we will refund the original product price.

  • If you no longer want the item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product for a return.

We recommend using a traceable shipping service and keeping your shipping receipt and tracking number until the return process is fully completed. TedLook cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. If approved, we will process your refund or send your replacement item.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after processing.

  • Exchanges will be shipped out as soon as your return is approved.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued or your new item has been dispatched.
